Most disagreements between customers and creators are best resolved directly. When that's not possible, our trust & safety team can help.
Step 1 — Try direct conversation
Use the Local Legends inbox to message the other party. Many issues are resolved with a single follow-up.
Step 2 — Report
If something violates our policies — a fake review, harassment, impersonation, fraud — use the report button on the relevant profile, project, or review. Reports go to a real human reviewer.
Step 3 — Appeal an action
If a profile, review, or account was actioned and you believe it was wrong, contact us through your account settings. Every original enforcement decision is logged with before/after data so we can review it carefully.
