Review Policy

Reviews exist to help customers make informed decisions and to celebrate exceptional work. We keep them trustworthy.

Who can write a review

Anyone with a Local Legends account who has had a real interaction with the creator. Reviewers must use their account, not anonymous identities.

What we remove

  • Reviews with no evidence of a real interaction.
  • Reviews that contain harassment, hate speech, or threats.
  • Reviews written or coordinated by a competitor or an undisclosed conflict of interest.
  • Reviews containing private personal information about other people.
  • Spam, copy-paste reviews, and obvious manipulation.

What we keep, even when negative

Critical reviews about real experiences stay. Creators do not get to delete negative feedback. Creators can respond publicly to any review on their profile.

Reporting a review

Use the report button on any review to flag it for our team. Our trust & safety reviewers decide and we log every decision.
